What If ...Why Not

Such an interesting and common thing how so many of us talk about what we want to do:  eat right, make it to the gym, travel, go back to school even little "more " stuff like be more kind, get more rest, read more, have more fun.

What if you really did the things you say you want to do?

Just imagine for a moment...what would your life be like?

Honestly, we are pretty good at listing the reasons or excuses that we do not do the things we say we most want.

But, what if we did?

How might life be if you gave it your all?

If you committed to the large and small goals you have in your mind?

If you really showed up authentically in your life and relationships and gave your best effort to pursue that which has meaning and value to you?

I wonder...

You may think this idea is nuts, sounds like a lot of hard work and you may already be thinking of all your reasons and excuses this would not work for you.

What if you could turn all those reasons and excuses into inspiration?

Many great people have... I think it is your turn.

There is nothing so hard as living a life thinking of what might have been.

Live all out!

  1. Hello! My name is Lauren, I am 25 and I just did the 28 day Engine 2 plan! I did it hardcore and got my lab rtusles before beginning, and just got them done Monday, yesterday, the 29th. I got my rtusles back already and everything was RAISED! I am freaking out! How could this happen!!My cholesterol raised 19 points! My LDL raised 13 points and my HDL raised 3 points! I just don\'t understand, and according to these rtusles, I should go back to eating junk food! haha. any ideas?I am pretty healthy, exercise weekly, and even lost 5 lbs. on this plan during the month, but this is very confusing and discouraging. Can someone help me?I do not have a thyroid issue (got tested), and all my lab rtusles were considered normal by the doctor even before beginning this plan. The day before I took the test I allowed myself to eat some apple pie from an apple farm (very fresh and no preservatives! But, of course loaded with sugar from apples and brown sugar). Is this the culprit? Just some apple pie? It\'s the only thing I can think of? I also fasted before the test for over 12 hours, so I thought I would be flushed of the pie before the test thoughts? So upset!Thank you for any help/ideasLauren
